An Exquisite Blend of Classical Extravagance and Modern Trend

In the living room, the 8-meter ceiling window manifests the majestic and grandiloquent lifestyle that displays the phenomenal and extraordinary quality of life composed of classical extravagance and modern trend. The smooth space arrangement in the public area, including the living room, kitchen, dining room, and bar, has become harmoniously a part of the view. The magenta chandelier in the dining room initiates an exotic and dreamy dining atmosphere, while the crystal handrail wall in the study room offers a genuine appreciation of the great views, making it an ideal place for relaxation and family hours.

This 200-square-meter space, located on the top floor of a building in New Taipei City, Taiwan, was designed by Shih-Hsien Yuan. It is an 8-feet-tall split level, specifically designed for a three-generation family and for hosting banquets. The garden, pool, and plants on the top floor present a cheerful and grandeur quality of life.

Shih-Hsien Yuan, the designer behind this remarkable interior design, successfully overcame creative, technical, and research challenges to create a space that truly captures the essence of classical extravagance and modern trend. The result is a design that not only showcases the extraordinary quality of life but also provides a harmonious and luxurious environment for the family.

Grand View was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2018 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award recognizes designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
